How do I add shipping protection?
All customers can add Total Shipping Protection in their Freight Club app.
You can check to see if you have shipping protection enabled by going to your Manage Defaults page in your Settings. Look for the option to add shipping protection, and make sure it’s checked to keep all your shipments protected.
You can also add shipping protection to your order when you book a shipment through the app.
Guard against the unexpected: Your shipments are protected for loss, damage or theft in transit.
Coverage up to $100,000 for LTL and $10,000 for parcels: Protection includes shipping costs, as well as return shipping and reshipping for parcels.

When you're ready to submit your claim, log in to your XCover Account, select the XCover Protection you would like to claim for and then select ‘Make a Claim’.
